A Little Bit About OurStudent Ministry.

Welcome to the vibrant heart of Northside Church:our Student Ministry.

Northside Student Ministry (NSM) is for 6th-12th grade students. NSM exists to reach students with the Gospel, build the church and release them into the world. At Northside, our Student Ministry isn't just about gathering—it's about diving deep into the Word, exploring questions, and discovering the richness of God's love. Through engaging discussions, impactful worship, and meaningful activities, our students cultivate a hunger to learn more about God and His purpose for their lives.
But our mission extends beyond ourselves. Rooted in service and compassion, we seek to make a difference in the world around us. Whether it's through community outreach, mission trips, or simply lending a helping hand, our students are eager to spread kindness and share God's love with others.
Come join us as we journey together, growing in faith, building lasting friendships, and serving with open hearts. At Northside Church, you'll find a place to belong, a space to grow, and a community that welcomes you home.

What We Value!

Creative Bible Teaching

The Bible is the most amazing book ever written! We bring Bible stories to life through activities and conversations that keep children engaged. We want all children to love God’s Word and understand its value in their lives.

relationships

Relationships

We want kids to know there are people at church who care about them. As families commit to attending the same service each week, children are placed in a small group of familiar faces where relationships can grow.

Age-Appropriateness

Everything from our environments, to the language we use in our lessons, to our small group materials are created with your child’s age and stage in mind.

Safety

We take lots of steps before kids arrive to keep them safe. Every toy and environment gets cleaned and sanitized. And, every volunteer is screened with an interview and federal background check. Our whole team — from staff members to small group leaders to safety personnel — are trained to keep your kids safe.

Fun

Kids love fun! We create fun ways for children to learn about Jesus, including games, activities, singing, and live acting. When children have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back.
