When There’s No Other Place to Turn

“Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.” — John 6:68 (NKJV)

There are moments in life when every door seems closed, every answer seems out of reach, and we realize there is nowhere else to turn. But sometimes that is exactly where God wants us—to the place where we stop looking everywhere else and look completely to Him.

Peter understood this. When others walked away from Jesus, he declared, “Lord, to whom shall we go?” He knew that Jesus was not simply one option among many. Jesus was the source of life, hope, truth, and peace.

When you have nowhere else to turn, turn to Jesus. When people disappoint you, turn to Jesus. When circumstances overwhelm you, turn to Jesus. When you don’t understand what God is doing, keep turning to Jesus.

You may not have every answer, but you have the One who does. When there is nowhere else to go, there is always Jesus.

Prayer Lord Jesus, when I feel like I have nowhere else to turn, remind me that I have You. Help me trust You completely and find my strength, hope, and peace in You. In Jesus name, Amen.
