Obedience is a Must

“If you love Me, keep My commands.” — John 14:15

Obedience to God isn’t always easy; but it is always necessary. It’s not just about following rules; it’s about showing our love and trust in Him. True obedience means saying “yes” to God even when we don’t fully understand His plan.

Jesus demonstrated perfect obedience, even when it was difficult. He trusted God completely, and through His obedience, brought hope and salvation to the world.

Sometimes God asks us to forgive, to wait, to let go, or to step out in faith. In those moments, obedience becomes a choice; one that shapes our character and draws us closer to Him.

Today, choose obedience in the small things. It’s in those daily decisions that our faith grows stronger.

Lord, help me to obey You even when it’s hard. Teach me to trust Your will above my own and to follow You with a willing heart. Amen.
