Focus on the Calling

“I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 3:14 (NKJV)

God has called each of us to live for a purpose greater than ourselves. The enemy will try to distract us with yesterday’s failures, tomorrow’s worries, and today’s noise. But our responsibility is to keep our eyes on Jesus and remain faithful to the calling He has given us.

You may not see the whole path, but you can take the next step. Don’t compare your calling with someone else’s. Don’t let distractions pull you away from what God has placed before you. Stay focused, stay faithful, and keep moving forward.

Prayer Father help me keep my eyes on You and remain focused on the calling You have placed before me. Give me strength to ignore distractions and faith to finish well. In Jesus’ name, amen.
