The Importance of Community
“And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another…” — Hebrews 10:24–25 (NKJV)
God never intended for us to walk the Christian life alone. From the very beginning, He created us for fellowship—with Himself and with one another. Community is where we are encouraged when we grow weary, corrected when we drift, and strengthened when our faith is tested.
The enemy often tries to isolate believers because isolation weakens us. But when we gather with other followers of Christ, we remind each other of God’s faithfulness, bear one another’s burdens, and spur one another on toward love and good works.
If you’ve been pulling away from Christian fellowship, today is the day to reconnect. Your presence may be the encouragement someone else desperately needs, and their faith may be exactly what strengthens yours.
Father, thank You for the gift of the body of Christ. Help me to value biblical community and never neglect gathering with other believers. Use me to encourage others, and allow others to strengthen my walk with You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Team Wade loves you and is praying for you ❤️👊
